संक्रामक रोग क्या है?

जो रोग एक रोगी व्यक्ति से किसी भी माध्यम के द्वारा स्वस्थ व्यक्ति तक पहुँचते हैं, उन्हें संक्रामक रोग कहा जाता है |

संक्रामक रोग एक आदमी से दूसरे आदमी तक कैसे पहुँचते हैं?

उत्तर :- संक्रामक रोग एक आदमी से दूसरे आदमी तक वायु से, किसी रोगी व्यक्ति के संपर्क में आने से, दूषित भोजन या जल से और कीड़े-मकोड़े के काटने से पहुँचते हैं |

क्या आपने ऐसी जगहें देखी हैं जहाँ पानी ज्यादा दिनों तक इकठ्ठा रहता है और फिर वहाँ मच्छर हो जाते हैं ऐसी जगहों के नाम लिखिए |

उत्तर :- हाँ | घर के आस-पास खुले नालों में पानी ज्यादा दिनों तक इकठ्ठा रहता है | बरसात के मौसम में सड़कों के किनारे उपस्थित गड्ढों में भी पानी कई दिनों तक रहता है |

ऐसी जगहों पर पानी इकठ्ठा न हो उसके लिए आप क्या करेंगे?

उत्तर :- नालों में पानी ज्यादा दिनों तक जमा न हो, इसके लिए खुले नालों की सफाई होनी चाहिए और कोई भी व्यक्ति उसमें कचड़ा न डाले तथा सड़कों के किनारे वाले गड्ढों को हम भर देंगे ताकि बरसात में पानी न जमें |

 

 

 

 

कौन-कौन सा रोग एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति को हो जाता है?

उत्तर :- टी.बी., डेंगू, फाइलेरिया, चिकनगुनिया, डायरिया, कॉलरा, खाँसी, मलेरिया, खुजली आदि रोग एक व्यक्ति से दूसरे व्यक्ति को हो जाता है |

ये रोग कैसे फैलते हैं? लिखिए |

1. डायरिया      2. खाँसी

1. डायरिया – यह बासी भोजन करने, गंदा पानी पीने व अपने आस-पास साफ़-सफाई नहीं रहने के कारण फैलता है |

2. खाँसी – यह हवा और संक्रमित भोजन तथा पानी से फैलता है |

डायरिया होने पर हम कौन-सा प्राथमिक उपचार दे सकते हैं? अपने स्वास्थ्यकर्मी से पूछकर लिखिए |

उत्तर :- डायरिया होने पर शरीर में पानी की कमी हो जाती है इसलिए प्राथमिक उपचार के रूप में समय-समय पर ओ.आर.एस. घोल पीते रहना चाहिए और निम्बू-पानी भी पी सकते हैं |

आप अपने साथियों को स्वास्थ्य के प्रति कैसे जागरूक करेंगे? अपने विचार लिखिए |

उत्तर :- मैं अपने साथियों को स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक करने के लिए सबसे पहले अपना स्वास्थ्य बहुत ही अच्छा करूँगा क्योंकि दोस्तों को समझाने से बहुत ज्यादा फर्क नहीं पड़ता है लेकिन जब वो मुझे स्वस्थ देखेंगे तो वे खुद भी स्वस्थ बनने के लिए उत्साहित होंगे और मुझसे राय लेंगे |

 

 

 

जब कोई बीमार हो तो आप उनकी क्या मदद करेंगे?

उत्तर :- जब कोई बीमार हो तो सर्वप्रथम उसका प्राथमिक उपचार करेंगे | फिर उसे डॉक्टर के पास ले जायेंगे |

कोई भी बीमारी से बचने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए?

उत्तर :- कोई भी बीमारी से बचने के लिए हमें ताजा भोजन करना व उबला पानी पीना चाहिए | साथ ही अपने घर एवं आस-पड़ोस की स्वच्छता का भी ख़ास ध्यान रखना चाहिए |
